Refund policy

Returns
With the nature of our items, returns will not be accepted. Every item is created uniquely to your specifications and therefore will not suit another in the same way.

There is always an exception to every rule, if you have any problems, please reach out and we will do our best to solve them.

Refunds 
If a situation arises where a refund is issued, it will be in the form of store credit. It is to our discretion to issue credit in another form. Every incident will be treated based on its circumstances.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be considered for refund, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please keep in mind that shipping times vary. Once an item has left us, we have no control over how long it takes for it to arrive to you.
